Description

The Morso Model F cuts double mitre at 45 degrees and single mitre up to 90 degrees. Tenon, mortise joints, and a wide variety of angled cuts can also be made with this machine. It leaves the cut surface of the wood perfectly smooth and accurate, requiring no further preparation before joining.

The horizontal movement of the knife block is adjustable in steps. The sliding longitudinal stop and measuring scale ensure accurate repeat work. The F has a special lever system for wide profiles - the knife block has stepped horizontal adjustment allowing progressive cuts until the full width is achieved. Twin return springs automatically bring the knives back to start position.

The mitres can be done a lot closer with the guillotine, than the mitre saw! Our Mitre Guillotine is supplied with perspex safety guard, waste chute, sliding longitudinal stop, measuring scale, adjustable fences (45-90 degrees), and adjustable rebate supports.

Training/Assessments

You will be taught how to turn the machines on/off, location of emergency stop, and all safety measures & ground rules for each machine.
