Description

The STREAMER 1057 XL C makes complete machining, including corner rounding, possible with three standard finishing units: a mechanical radius scraper, an application-controlled flat scraper as well as a buffing unit.

It offers high tech in minimum space and concentrates on the significant aspects for high quality edgebanding. The additional copy cutter unit supplements the performance range; postformed profiles are also possible.

Materials that you can use on this machine: Solid timber and laminates, such as MDF.

Training/Assessments

All training/assessments are to ensure that you are using the machines safely and correctly, overall.

You will be taught how to turn the machines on/off, location of emergency stop, and all safety measures & ground rules for each machine.

For the edge bander, you will be shown basic operation of the machine, but our technicians will set it up for you! All you need to do is bring your parts, a test piece of your material, and your chosen banding. Once you are happy with the test results, you're good to go.
