Description
The cast iron construction of this press makes it an immobile platform for steady working. Its smooth running 1,100W induction motor allows for 12 belt speeds ranging between 150-2,700rpm and has an extra-large table with adjustable angle and a substantial rack and pinion height adjustment.
Members may use their own drill-bits, a comprehensive range of which can be purchased from the Bloqs Shop. Materials that you can use on this machine: Solid timber, wood laminates such as MDF, plastics and acrylics.
The Pillar Drill is accessible to all members who have passed an assessment for it and is one of the shared access woodwork machines.
