Description

Powered top and bottom rolls with foot operated forward and reverse control, Induction hardened rolls, Braked motor, Cast iron end frames, Manual pinching of bottom roll, Manual hand wheel adjustment of the pre-bending roll, Top slip roll for removal of complete cylinders, Cone bending device and Wire grooves.

Materials that can be used on this machine: Steel (3mm max.) and aluminium (5mm max.).

Training/Assessments

All training/assessments are to ensure that you are using the machines safely and correctly, overall.

You will be taught how to turn the machines on/off, location of emergency stop, and all safety measures & ground rules for each machine.
